BYC Café

Good morning Cafe!

Thanks for the coffee IM, much needed.

Margie, the work your son does fighting fires is appreciated. I always send "stay safe" wishes when I hear of people like him doing such an important job. (No worries about an ice cream frenzy, I've been sharing with my co-workers )

Sean, take it easy...it's too soon to over do it!

Hope everyone has a great day!

I was awake, and actually had already feed some of my birds when he came over...I was resting a bit by watering down the pens before I did more, when he drove up! It was 105°F here and humidity pretty high, so I felt it. I know better but as I said, I can't just stand around when works to be done, regardless of my condition.

We could chain you to the computer. :idunno

I understand - I have problem with staying in the moment and relaxing. Princess is even worse than me.

Just one cup this morning. Princess is taking me to breakfast if she ever wakens.

Morning Cafe :frow

Thanks for the coffee, @igorsMistress

I over did it yesterday, I have substantial pain all night, my blood sugar level dropped all of a sudden, got over heated, and threw up,:sick while out feeding my birds...eventhough my neighbor was there helping me, I can't just stand around and watch him do everything. :idunno Oh well, told him I'm not going to help tomorrow, :lau he agrees!

Everyone make it a great day! :celebrate
Oh gosh, do you not have a take it easy setting? Hugs.
How are those birds doing? I saw some ringneck pheasants at a swap yesterday and thought of you. I was so sad i wanted to buy them out of pity. Their backs were bare. If i had a pen to put them in i would have brought them home with me. I figured they were likely protein starved to pluck each other like that. Very sad to see.

That is sad to see. They have probably been in over crowded conditions.
Like @sourland said, "we older models don't have that setting!" I've always pushed myself, just don't know any difference. :)

Day after inguinal hernia surgery the Princess caught me on top of one of my lofts checking on something. All I heard was, "Not particularly intelligent.", and the door slamming.
Yep, I get that type of a response often, or "Your the smartest dummy I know!" :gig
