Luckily we are having a cool down here! It is only 91 here today and 96 tomorrow! It is like spring time weather here LOL!

I do stress the AC when I bake bread. Luckily I only have to bake it every week or a bit more

The egg gets bacteria in through the pores. Bacteria multiply and produce gas. Pop!

The IRS does not take 2/3 any more. The biggest cut in a lottery win is taking the cash amount rather then taking it as an annuity for 30 years. They cuts the amount and the the IRS takes 40%. Some States tax it too

Like Capricorn said, Bacteria gets into the egg. All eggs left out will do this though. Even very old ones in the fridge will go bad. It is a normal part of food rotting.

They smell like sulfur. I have been to some sulfur works at Lassen Volcano and is smells like rotten eggs!
