BTW Sean have doctors/ER treated your serious allergies with steroids?

I remember an acquaintance had to have hip replacement because the steroid use destroyed the bone. She had asthma - of course she didn't give up chain smoking. She'd have the oxygen canister right there and she was smoking to beat the band!

Some people never learn.

Sean and anyone else who needs/should have an epi pen. The Food & Drug association has approved TEVA Pharms. generic version of EPI PEN - cost should be better than Mylan's(greedy blankety blanks)

I have a generic epi like less than 1/16 of the cost of the name brand have not had to use it so can say how good it is

@007Sean, You are 'special' indeed.

Almost. Rosie had a great first series run and came back high. Had another good one going in second series, but lost the rabbit . When the smoke cleared she got a 4th place. she looked good every time down, and I was quite satisfied with her performance.

Not enough steroids to cause deficient bone, or bone loss.
The reason my hip broke the first time was because of the amount of force generated by the fall and all the weight was on the point of my hip.
The second was due to the surgery to correct the first fracture. It was weaken by the 3 screws that were put into my femur about 6" below the node and diagonally entered into the ball of the femur. It broke this time at the base of where the screws were...eventhough, the x-rays showed it to be nearly healed completely, it wasn't.

Nope that is me all the prednisalone they pumped into me I went from bone density that was super to osteoporosis

Yep, prednisone will do that...but I haven't ever had enough to be a factor.
I might add that I am small framed, small bones.
