When it snows, I suit up and get shoveling. It's one of my favorite things to do. Especially at night when it's so quiet you can hear the snow falling. Looks like diamonds on the ground.

Then the plow driver pushes it all to the end of the street to block my driveway. If I am there I always chew him out "Would you do this to your grandmother???" I also point out where the street ends in my driveway.

Problem is they never send the same driver twice so it gets to the point that none of them want to plow when I'm outside.

Work order probably says : "Beware of the old lady at the end of 'blank' Street. :lau

You are warmer than we are... Heavy snow, 6 or 7 inches on the ground and currently 11 degrees.
It is a HOT COFFEE kind of day! Thanks!

Moved back to Washington Western side from Juneau for that very reason

They don't even know that I am old- have a face mask, goggles, hooded parka - maybe territorial landowner would be more accurate. Plus the neighbors all use snow blowers and I still finish before them - just me and my shovel .

Take the hood off let them see old lady we are the only ones on our road the little snow we had they do not touch our road
