I'm not a mayo fan either but when it's a cake ingredient, you can't tell it's there. It has a wonderful way of making a moist cake though.

Huh, learn something new every day lol never knew mayonnaise cakes were a thing but that actually sounds really good now that you put it like that so now I have to try it!!

First and most important Happy Birthday @igorsMistress .
Next, I've a confession to make.
I was up a little earlier than usual and I did make coffee. I wrote the note for the Cafe and got distracted and thought I had posted it. Until I typed this out, there it was sitting in the box pale and unsent.
Now this is classified as a 'senior moment' and we all have them; well seniors do anyway.
So, the coffee is cold. The pork strips fried in nut butter and chilli seem to have disappeared and going to have to take myself to hospital because I think I've broken my little finger.
