NFC, I paid $26.00 for the class. All materials, and instructions included. I'm so glad I took the class. The main thing I wanted to learn, was the consistency of the icings. There is "border" icing, and "filling or flow icing". She took her time to let me see, and feel the consistency, and offered other tips for getting the icings right. She had a lot of tips on techniques, and which icing to use for what.

Amazon will be hearing from me today. I have been compiling a list. I see more cookies in our future. I need the practice.

Speaking of bites...I'm going to take a big one out of DH's hide before long. He slipped on some ice yesterday and sprained his wrist. He's such a grouch!

Anyone in the market for one slightly battered grouch ol guy? I'll pay for shipping.

Goodwill takes any, and all kinds of old, and used stuff, but even they won't take used husbands. Think about it. Yes, most men can be very grumpy when injured, or they don't feel good. Even worse is putting them on a diet. When we started our diet, I wasn't sure our marriage was going to survive the first week without fatalities. He was a bear.

My cousin was telling me that Michael's does a class on them around Christmas time. If there is one near you, you might want to check into it.
