Good morning Cafe. Hubby and I are going out for supper tonight to celebrate our 41st anniversary . Met in 1974, married in 1978. So together for 45 years!

You're probably over watering. I only water once a week and have a layer of hay in the garden to mulch. I always check the soil first though because sometimes I leave it for up to an extra week.

Tomatoes can grow roots a foot deep. If they droop in the afternoon heat but perk up in the evening I don't water mine.

Meatys home safe. A little worse for wear, but alive. Thank you for all the good thoughts & prayers! I woke up this morning feeling very at peace with the day, as opposed to that dark cloud I'd been carrying around.
He's still pretty wasted, so I'm gonna see if I can get him to relax a bit.
