It rained yesterday at my place. Today I think it will just be cloudy, no rain.

It sounds like a nice weather pattern.

Here in Woodland, CA in the summer the weather is nearly always dry so the forecast is fairly boring-- except to see if it will be hot enough for the misting system for the chickens!

Why can't people come and get my birds when they say they will? 2 peeps keep calling and texting me about them but don't show up to buy them when they say they will <sigh> this is the most aggravating part of raising pheasants. I'm tempted to when and if they do show up!

I get that with Faculty at work here. One person will show up sometime tomorrow.

Am I supposed to not leave my Office all day? Even if I have a time, that is nearly always missed

Maybe you could cut the end off a sock or panty hose to hold gauze on?

I have allot vet wrap just don't like wasting it, it isn't bleeding now put neosporin on it want to get it through then leave it open anyway to heal only took a few layers of skin my heart med thins the blood so I bleed good

I checked on the egg when Miss Banty got some scratch. It has a chance because it is clean and one of my Icelandic eggs, so I will leave her be and see what happens.
I was trying to clean the sheep pen this am but they were being complete pests with the rubbing and begging for scratching and eating of the rake. Usually it gets it done while they are out grazing, but a neighbor came by and so it was chat time instead.

We had TONS of rain yesterday and the day before. Felt like a monsoon LOL I think it was a tropical system or at least typical tropical weather apparently haha soooo much rain so fast and the first night was a huge thunderstorm too. Lit up the sky and everything. At one point there was this HUGE flash that really lit everything up and was so bright. We never get storms like that. We get thunderstorms sometimes but normally nothing like that. It was awesome but also a little scary haha especially since I was at the mall trying to get to my car. Took me a while to get my nerve up but finally just decided to sprint full speed toward my car before it got too bad lol stupid but the mall was closing and I had to get out there at some point. ANYWAY, the system already passed so idk if I can catch rain in reverse but I can try. we had SO MUCH.
