Hey Sean, how is your leg doing these days?
Morning Cap!
Its still "unknown", have alot of pain most of the time. Think it might be arthritis? or maybe it has a small fracture? Just don't know why all the pain....could be the lag screw is trying to "back out" :idunnowith all the metal in this leg, could be metalosis?
Certain activities tend to set it off, so try not to irritate it too much :he which is almost impossible. Other than that it's fine. Thanks for asking.

Have you been back for follow up xrays?

Good morning! Sean, your version of the white stuff is not something I like. I will take mine...
I love the chairs! It will look great and inviting when they are done.
Yes, the bears. They don't like me anymore. Word must have gotten out!
Funny story to tell..., please don't judge me. Generally, I am fairly up to date on healthy eating, yes?
I am at the moment, cooking Einkorn grain for a side salad for tonight's dinner and to feed my beastie, DS$, good nutrition for his chosen sport. I think we would all agree and it would seem that living in CO, it should be in the air or water or just somehow karmically known about healthy trends. I did not get the memo on this particular thing. I always have looked at but did not touch the Asian food items for sale in the produce section. Generally too expensive for my budget or too big to deal with. I just thought that those big pointy white things ( Stay with me here kids, don't be letting your minds wander) were some kind of root veggie. I ordered an Azure produce box and low and behold, one was in there. Oh!
Hum. Read the label and oh, it is a coconut. Really? Who knew? DS$ wants to check it out in the morning after bringing it home. I unwrap the plastic and cut off a piece of the white stuff and chew on it and get the general coconut flavor but I am like, this is not going to work, I am missing something. Maybe it should be dried and shredded or? Hello Google... Oh, it is a baby coconut and you are supposed to hack the outer white stuff off at the point and get to the typical looking coconut top and then hack the top off like a pumpkin and scrape the stuff inside! Oh! Oh no! What did I just put into my body by chewing on the outside of this thing like a mountain goat? What kind of foreign bacteria, virus or parasite from who knows where did I just ingest? " I am going to die!"
DS$ is of no help, "You're gonna die." We are laughing hysterically mind you...that was a couple of weeks ago and I am not dead yet.
So this morning, we opened the BABY COCONUT properly and made smoothies. It was amazing and one of the most delicious smoothies ever. My cat also loves baby coconut flesh, who knew!
:lau

Margie So you did figure this out huh ... Morning Cafe made another pot desperate for all the coffee I can ingest this morning still wet but not currently raining :idunno coffeemonster.jpg
