Actually, I heard from her right before Christmas. She said she was doing well and mentioned she would be off here for a while. That's really all I know. She sounded happy to me.

I could use something to cheer me up. Life gets hard once your parents start getting older. I need coffee to drink while I read my book to escape the realities of life.

Hey, I'm one of those 'older parents'. Have to admit that so far the Princess and I are okay. We've been through the caretaker of our parents stage. We have tried and will continue to try to make it easier for our kids.

Just the temper of an older person isn't fun sometimes. I dislike being the punching bag for someone even if it's my own father. Plus when they don't tell you what's wrong is the hardest part.

YouTube when I was watching stuff about carnivorous plants. This person had to help their sheeps which got stuck in the pesty plants.

Yeah I am... Probably why I am in my car right now in a parking lot crying my eyes out over it. He just had a moment and I had to leave because I can't emotionally or mentally handle it right now.
