I've hired a lady to stay with DH for 3 hours a day when I'm working.

Glad you have her Tonya. Peace of mind for you and a nice 3 hours/day for DH.
Then there's MY house which is getting a roof this year FINALLY!
The shoemaker's children?
That is a hoot!!!!!!
Morning Cafe. There is nothing good about it.
and present it to the CU and I secure his money IF it's even there.
Very disturbing. I'm glad your lawyer got right on it and the money wasn't moved. I wonder if there is any potential repercussion on Jr for changing the account. I GUESS he could do that with a valid (and most recent) POA but DH isn't so far gone that there would be any reason to change the PW. I could see it if DH was passing out money like candy to any scammer who asked, elder abuse isn't unknown. BUT that isn't the case here.
In some of the SF Bay area cities, new houses cannot have gas appliances or heaters.
"Berkeley’s ordinance, which goes into effect on 1 January, will ban gas hook-ups in new multi-family construction, with some allowances for first-floor retail and certain types of large structures."
Apparently multi-family, mostly apartments/condos?
I wonder if it is at all related to the gas main blowing in San Bruno a few years ago. 2 blocks from my step-sister's house. An entire block was destroyed by the explosion and subsequent fires.
Seriously, in countries with National Health systems how did we ever get conned into private dental care!
Same here for the 65 & older crowd on Medicare - no dental coverage go figure it out on your own.
The reason for using it, the potency/concentration of the product, the dosage, and where you source it from makes all the difference.
Which is why it is all voodoo at the moment. No one is able to diagnose and prescribe, just choose a concentration that you think might be of value. No controls on what goes in it. And have there even been any legit trials with various CBD compounds and their effect on specific problems? It isn't something I'm jumping on until there is SCIENCE behind it.

That is a bit more than a cup of sugar!
And even with sugar you are supposed to knock on the door and ask politely!
Guess a lot of us have Delta Dental insurance - I pay almost $ 36. a month (forever) plus it has a $ 50. deductible, etc.
Yep, I have to get that figured out by next March.
