Mowing an acre plus with a walk behind. Generally break it up into two days of work.
This is just the back yard.. Once I get it cut down, I let it dry and win row it to finish then bag it for bedding in the chicken houses.

Where I haven't mowed yet was where I cleared last year.. still have a quarter of an acre of privet, briars, vines, and crap to clear out.

And here's the front part (closer to the road) I cleared last year up through Mar of this year (the farthest point near the power pole)

All of that was covered in the same kind of brush, etc that you see in the second photo. I just get out there and do what I can on a daily basis... One day it will all be cleared.

Ya know the more you clear the more there is to mow, right? I cleared the front and side hedgerows 3 years ago, and am still getting rid of stumps. :lau
