I'm with Sour. I don't to 'cheery' on Monday mornings. Will join you all in a cup of coffee though.
Glad it's strong this morning!

The weather map looks nice and quiet, hope it stays that way.
How did the School old friends party go?

Very Nice! Is she into dance or the frills?
Scott
oh.......yep, yep, yep........know exactly what you mean.......Frills. It is all about the dress with that one. She has no problem going out and helping clean the coop, do cow chores, get head to toe dirty, but she wants to be dressed in frills and glitter while she is doing it. She is my princess.
Quote: That sounds just like my youngest Granddaughter, no problem walking in the horse or chicken pens whatsoever, but must be in a fancy dress at all times.![]()
Quote: Yes My DGD will sit in a mud-puddle and do the mud pie thing, in a frilly dress.
What do I know?
She is going to cost somebody a lot of money someday.![]()

OK, regional finals for wrestling were this week end. Last weekend our grandson won the districts. Yesterday he won his first match with a pin. Then he lost his second match to the # 2 state ranked kid 6/4 in overtime. Today was 'wrestle backs'. Won his first match 6/4 in overtime. Then on to the # 4 state ranked kid - GS pinned him.In a very similar scenario he missed the state championship last year. It's a tough region including the # 1, 2, 3, and 4 state ranked kids at his weight. (He is # 3) It's his senior year, and he SO wanted to go to states - I am so happy for him.![]()
Unknown to us he was wrestling 'sick' - missed 3 days of school last week with the flu - of course we were spared this information until everything was over and done with. I am really proud of this kid - not because of his wrestling, but because of the GOOD kid that he has always been and the GOOD man that he is becoming.![]()
Congrats! How very exciting!Definitely something to be proud of. Wrestling was my favorite sport to watch in high school. Excellent for team and individual athlete.
Speaking of a kid becoming a good man, my son proposed to his girlfriend last night. Wedding bells in October. Very proud Momma here.
That is so awesome. What a nice memorial to that young man. Looks like they were having fun!I am rather proud so will share this. This is back in my hometown. Both my girls made the newsMy oldest is the little girl in the blue tutu![]()
