Heating pad will help as well.
Hot shower, stretching, and some ibuprofen got it back in place,
it wasn't all the way out tho.

Roll a towel place it under you where it hurts.
I have a couple hard foam half rolls to use for when upper back goes out.
Haven't needed them in a long time tho, thanks to stretching exercises taught to me by an excellent PT years ago.

Back continues to improve. Was dreading the dexterity needed to get broody crate set up, but it wasn't bad and think it helped loosen things up a bit more.

Broody Pullet in the Breaker Crate.
She is NOT happy!
She laid today tho...hope she breaks quickly .....and keeps laying.

It's pretty frustrating when your newly matured pullet decides to go all the way and thinks she needs to be a mom. If she laid in the crate, she'll probably break quick.

I released Tonk from her prison last night and put her on the roost with the others. I've lost track of how many times she's been in the clink this year.

I'll let her set next year but I'm selling her entire brood when she kicks them to the curb. I don't want anymore of these ridiculously broody creatures here.
