I'm waiting for my "lounger" hen to get done laying. Since she's the only one producing right now, I don't want to disturb her. But she can sit.... and sit.... and sit.......

Maybe by the time she's done, the sun will be out.

I would like to complain fact is it was so dry this summer the ground is soaking it up.

Well, I am tired... it has been a long few days and until we leave for NE early Friday morning, it will continue to be very very busy so I guess just keep the coffee hot!

Cloudy and drizzly here but still warm.

A dry day to get stuff done. Laundry, maybe some garden stuff. Then a couple days of rain, and dry on the weekend so DH can enjoy it too.

He split a bunch of wood last Saturday, then grumbled about the rain on Sunday, because he couldn't get more done.
