BYC Café

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.
It's overcast outside but warm and the color is spreading through the trees.

Wren decided that I needed some excitement in my life last night and dawdled in the run during head count. I kept coming up one short and started to panic thinking the hawk came back and got one when she sauntered through the door. She must have been around the corner in the dust bath area when I locked the run. Brat.

Gutters go up OK....tie to start all that planting you have to do?
Yes and yes.
I did a little prep work yesterday but was at the hospital longer than I wanted.
I have to go back for another ultrasound on the left breast in three months. The technician took lots of measurements of some lymph nodes in it and the arm pit. I did report that I had very swollen lymph nodes after my second Covid-19 vaccine that was administered in the left arm. I hope it's nothing.

I found this little guy on the grass path through the fields, a 3 minute walk from the creek.

I gave him a free ride to the creek and placed him next to a little well with a few small minnows in it.

Good afternoon everyone!

The next fresh pot is on the counter, so go for it!

Must have been his lucky day! So cute!

Good afternoon, and thanks for the coffee.
@sourland how's Maggie doing?
I gave half her 'supper' late yesterday afternoon and the rest 3 hours later - no problems. I was concerned that she might have swallowed something causing a blockage, but it appears that it was just the excitement that upset her stomach.
