Yes! Thank you I think I knew by the 3rd day that I was done. Not that this isn't/won't continue to be a struggle, but I finally figured out that I can do it and that's what it took.

It gets easier, but nicotine (in my case) keeps calling. I told the Princess (she made me promise to quit) that if I get a terminal diagnosis I will not start drinking, but I will come home with a bag of Levi Garret in one hip pocket and a bag of Redman - green bag - in the other. It's only been around 15 years. I am sure it will get easier.

I applaud anyone who can quit smoking. I don't, never did, but watched my mom STRUGGLE with trying when I was in high school. She just couldn't do it.

The coffee is brewing and smells good! We had a couple of long days of watching wrestling and I slept well and now it is time to get moving.
I hope the snows are nice to the Cafe peeps. We have a couple of sunny days and then
more rolls in.
