Hi trib, I'm Justin from Ireland , I'm relatively new to chicken keeping I have 3. It's late evening here and it's a miserable night so fire is lit, tv on put my 5 year old to bed and probably have a few . Enjoy your day off

@DobieLover, can you post your frittata recipe? I am hoping that soon I have enough eggs to make stuff like that.

Look at my articles. It's there.
I don't really use a specific recipe anymore. I just brown the pork or bulk sausage, fill a big glass bowl with chopped veggies and season it with whatever I'm in the mood for and cook them with the browned meat, mix it all up then stir in the eggs. I've been sprinkling the top with about 1/4 cup of seasoned goat cheese or low fat feta before baking it. The other details are in the article.

Good Evening Cafe!

Just having a late night cup of coffee and looking at photos of all the ice and snow out east. Brrrrr.

Made this week’s bread this morning and helped my parents with painting and yard work!
