It's pouring rain here today, but the signs of spring are everywhere. Makes me realize just how much I have missed the South Coast British Columbian winters.

Clearing the driveway was pretty easy,
except having to reinstall a tire chain, twice. SMH.
Still quite a bit of snow/slush/ice pack down,
should become a slick mess when the thaw comes.

Morning Cafe! Rain came back today .. I bought some walking onion on Amazon. Showed up in a zip lock looking like they where dead.. Wet them under a paper towel now in a cake pan with dirt if anything comes up ?

While on the topic of rodents, i think i should discuss a lovely story of them.
I have a RV and recently mice had found their way in, putting up some traps, i ended up finding the mice half eaten when i got the trap the next day. Turns out they eat eachother *usually in winter*

Also, my friend got a clam fishy smell in her car when turning the ac on, found out mice lived in her engine compartment and the smell was them dead from getting chopped.

(gross stories i know, thought id share though )
