BYC Café

Excuse my curiosity, but how much care will he get at his new home?
Everything I, Nan and my nephew were doing. Basically everything. All shopping, cleaning, cooking, laundry and assistance with ADLs. I will continue to take him to appointments.

Good evening Cafe.
I don't know about this Easter business. The Polish bakery at the bottom of my road shut for four whole days!
I don't begrudge them a holiday but when did you last taste supermarket bread!?

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready ☕.

After I fed the dogs this morning I noticed that the bathroom light was on and found DH in there with the tube of toothpaste in his hand. I asked why he was doing that and, of course, he couldn't get his words out. Then he pointed at Bella and said, "Him... Her"
I said, "Huh?"
Okay, he's confused. I'll get him back to bed.
He persisted pointing at Bella so I said, "Bella".
He nodded and stared at me.
Then he pointed at her again, opened his mouth and pointed in his open mouth.
"Oooooh! I get it now! Bella slurped you in the mouth?"
Big smile and nod!
Okay, then. Let's brush your teeth!!

Bella's sharing the love.
She shouldn't share it in your mouth.

I took her for a walk on the Rail Trail yesterday just because it was sunny and warm and we were on our way back from shopping. We didn't go that far.
She was going CRAZY because all the woodchucks just sat about 10-15' from the edge of the pavement staring at her. She just couldn't believe her good fortune at finding all these stupid woodchucks that didn't try to run or hide. What easy pickings!! Imagine her frustration when I wouldn't let her go.
