BYC Café

Had to get my coffee water from the bathroom sink this morning.
Yesterday the kitchen faucet slowed to a trickle.... again.
Last time it 'cured' itself.
After stewing all day trying to think about where the problem is(all the worst case scenarios) and if I can fix it myself(the local plumbers hate liberal DIYers) I decided it must be the faucet itself.
So will start at the top and see if I can find the issue and hope it's easily remedied.
Luckily there are shut off valves that still work.
But I dread tearing into under the sink, I'm just too f'ing old to be crawling around on the floor, back bent backwards over the cabinetry.

Good morning Café. Coffee is ready.

I haven't seen DH in about 2 weeks. FAR too long to go without seeing him. I took a PFLA day today to go spend time with him and make sure he's okay. I will also drive over to Vestal Park (VP) and see if I can get a tour of the dementia unit then start asking staff about bed availability.

Our filter gets plugged up with sand every so often, from the well. It's a pain, but luckily not a regular occurrence.

Absolutely HATE that. SO uncomfortable!

I assume you've already checked the screen?
Gonna have get under there.

Got into the top of the faucet control, nothing obvious, but that was above the faucet outlet. Next is to disconnect the supply lines and make sure those is flowing.
There are small(1/4"?) pipes under faucet body from supply lines and am wondering if those are clogged.
Probably going to end up with a new faucet assembly. SMH(and already aching back).

The screen on the faucet outlet?
I use a rubber/metal diffuser(old school), so not that.
Plus the sprayer, which is attached faucet assembly under the sink, is also not flowing.

All the other faucets are working, so not the well(thanks the gods!).
