Good morning, all working from the office and now I shouldn't have. My second laptop for the company we are working with the estimating program won't load.
Thank you for the coffee, I use raw sugar and milk or creamer what's ever available.
Chicken coop is up and ready for chickens, neighbor is working on that part.

My mom drank her coffee straight up black and willed all the pollutants to me. I should be well preserved now. My first cup is cooling a little while I finish off my morning iced tea. I will get a bottle of molasses soon if not today and try that as well as dark brown sugar.

I had my first hip replacement 9 years ago, and my second one 6 years ago. My only regret is waiting too long with the first one - I was in denial for a year. “I’m not old enough for that!” (I had my surgery 3 weeks before my 51st birthday.) I’m thankful every day for modern medicine that allows me to walk and get around pain free.

I had my first hip replaced about 2 months ago, after it heals I also have to get the other one replaced, I am really kind of struggling right now, everybody told me before it would be so easy, afterwards, everybody told me it was major surgery and takes time to recover …how did you cope ? I am also in my early 50ties..

The smash and bash exam was all clear.
The ultrasound tech was taking an awful lot of measurements of that overzealous lymph node and I had an extra smash of the right one for a new image. It made me nervous.
I was very relieved to hear all was normal.

After one large coffee and a large iced tea I am having my one glass of cold mountain dew for the week. It's getting hard to type as I list more and more to the side with my eyes closing........... I did get every coop taken care of with feed and water. The next 45 minutes I'm going to rest before going to town for supplies and to make egg deliveries. It's a beautiful sunny day here.

One more thing I'd like to add here. I'm so glad that those who needed hip replacement have been able to get them. I need both replaced along with a knee and a shoulder. Doc tells me that I am not a candidate for any of the replacements because of other medical issues.

The only reason I use flavored coffee creamer is so I don't have to use any sugar in my cup.

You need to buy a better quality coffee.
