When I went out she was in full rigor. She was Fabio's second youngest daughter. At least she didn't suffer for long and went on her own.

Good morning, and Happy New Year.

Had some nice sunny sessions yesterday, but today is dark and gloomy.
Might see some snowfall later.
Still no eggs.

As long as I have had my chickens I had never missed a day without an egg.

Four days I went out to pick up the eggs and there was not one to be seen.

I have been getting 1 to 4 eggs per day.

May 2024 be a year of joy and unexpected blessings for all!

I will be celebrating the new year by getting ready to return to reality tomorrow. It’s been a good, restful break, but I am kind of looking forward to getting back into a routine.
