BYC Café

I dunno - BB2K's orange/cinnamon herbal tea smells mighty good . . . . but, of course, no caffeine; I don't think I can face the morning without my "starter."

28?

We're in the low 60's and sunny - wish I could send ya some of that. My world is absurdly GREEN.

And FYI, the rumor that Toto and I aren't in Kansas anymore is false.

Good Morning, off to work today. Bots, I think you were asking what we all do. I only work part time, two days a week, at a pharmacy.

We are supposed to be getting some rain here, I hope so because we need it.

The grass is getting green and I have one aspen tree that is thinking about getting some leaves. The plains are all Springy and green for sure.
I was a horse trainer, trail ride business owner, mostly stay-at-home-Mom for 25 years now and sheep wrangler in training!

Yeah we had that whole "Red Flag" thing going on yesterday... Never heard that before.

We frequently get red flag warnings posted during the Spring; there have been some pretty spectacular wildfires in this area at this time of year. During the first five years of our living in this house, there were 6 fires either on or near this property, so I get a little nervous any time I smell smoke in the Spring. I feel for anyone being menaced by brush fires - even if the fire isn't a direct threat, just living with the smoke and ash can be nasty.

Here too - especially in the coastal marsh areas and the pine barrens.

Really? Yeah, I guess that would be unusual. We get those a lot, especially in the fall.

DS$ has a choir concert tonight after track practice. We are going to go out for dinner in between the two.
The sheep will just have to lamb on their own, hint , hint little sheepies....

As you well know, they choose to lamb at inopportune times.
