Warm morning, even warmer day ahead in the 70's.
Rain coming tho.
Ran a bunch of errands this morning, including chook chow - man they are eating a LOT, last bag only lasted just shy of two weeks. Delivered the chook chow byproduct too, and getting lots of eggs, which thankfully have been able to sell the cleaner ones.

One thing I didn't find on my errands, no Whopper brand malted milk eggs anywhere

They better! Although I woke several times during my first colonoscopy 3 years ago and watched the camera display. It was actually pretty cool. Until the doctor had his assistant give my guts a good squeeze that made me groan. He hollered out, "You have a tortuous colon". To which I replied "No Sh!t".
Circumstances considered, that got a good chuckle out of both of them.
I looked up tortuous colon when I got home. That is an actual 'thing' too. It means that my colon takes over exuberant turns making it hard for the camera to make in around the bend. Hence the squeezing. Ugh!

but drinking all that stuff is no walk in the park either

This is the purest form of physical hell that I know. This is the 5th time I'll have to do it.

Had a two fer, first one not cleaned out. 4 months later cleaned out.
No problems noted they said 10 years before do it again.
Up at 7:30 way too damn early. 33 out.

We have been experiencing some nice days lately and were able to accomplish a lot of long overdue yard work.

But I also took some time off to enjoy watching one my favourite insects:

I got the pots washed today, cleaned up the leaves etc. around the fire pit. Also picked up 3 more garbage cans of leaves around the outside of the original garden fence.

Surgery wasn't bad at all. Not fond of eye drops, but ya gotta do it. Not having another surgery until the cataracts get worse.

I can say I have never woken up during my colonoscopy, the relaxation med they give me put me in a slumber. Yes, I agree with @MotherofOrpies and @DobieLover drinking that stuff isn't a walk in the park and is purest form of physical hell but I have to take pills for a about week and 1/2 straight everyday before actually beginning the "prep" because of the IBS that I have.
