Yes me too. The weather has been warmer and some of the snow has melted so chickens and children will get some fresh air today.

Morning! We have a week of nice weather on tap. That is a good thing because while we were gone, the WIND hit, looks like 80mph ++ and the drifts are beyond ridiculous. The county finally got the side roads back open and my wonderful neighbor plowed our driveway so we made it home just fine. DS$ had a spectacular weekend of wrestling and the hotel where we stayed had an indoor water park. Life is good, pass the hot coffee!
I hope you guys dry out and warm up soon. Cold, wet weather is the WORST!!!!
Hot, hot coffee or tea or whatever for everyone!

lady is sending her crappy weather North, but it looks as if the worst is going to stay offshore. 'Al' is sending some South, and that is not quite as nice, but then again it is 'Al'.

I have looked it over, but have not really read it through. But I am also on the English Shepard thread. I have seen you on there a bit. I mostly just lurk there, considering getting that breed for the farm. However I have not found a breeder in the area yet, may settle on a Shepard mutt (I usually prefer mutts, but was strongly considering going through the training and getting a cattle dog for the farm) DH is not completely on board with this, but he is already 40, his Dad 8s getting to old to really help, and for better or worse he had baby girls, all this mean we need to get new ideas going. He cannot just brute strength his way through this forever.
Sorry this is a ongoing argument we are having

Yes it wouldn't surprise me to learn he is ex military. He seems to have a very regimented view of life.
