BYC Café

Hovering just above freezing and drizzling here, but it could be worse - they had forecast sleet.

. . . . .I think I need another cup of coffee. I really don't want to go out there!

This morning the dogs ate their soup and said, "Sorry, Boss, we're going back to bed." Just watered them, and they are much happier - it has reached 20 F..

We are headed for colder cold - lower wind chills, single digits and several inches of snow. It's my fault, I was talking to myself about how little snow we've had this year.

Guess somebody overheard me.

Hi Guys,

Sorry to butt in again but finally after months of sheer and utter panic can now post some positive news. My hubby was diagnosed with cancer when I was in UK and dealing with fathers death. To cut a long story short the docs messed up his op and he was critical.with little chance of survival.

I helicoptered him to a new specialised hospital and he has come thru an 8 hours op and is stable - we are all so positive now and thank the Angels because they have worked wonders for us.- when DD says someone listens she is not wrong.

It is 39 here to day and a beautiful day sorry you are all so cold thinking of you after the freezing cold in the UK and sympathising.

I think life throws us curve balls all the time to let us know that our loved are so precious and we must be so thankful for each other.and love wins thru every time.

You all have a good day and thanks DD

.

Hey, Whoop, sorry for what you have been dealing with, and glad to here of the positive turn around. We are pulling for your husband and you.

First your father's death, then your husband's illness - I'm sure for a bit there you felt like you were drowning in a sea of trouble. I am saying a prayer of thanks with you for your husband's improvement, and praying for his continued healing.
