Back when I had a day job, that would happen to me alot of the time.
I used to make bets with a coworker about how long after we got home that the rain would start.

I had big plans for yesterday evening.......lol

got squashed.......so I just sat on the front porch, and watched it rain and lightening......drowned my sorrows, with mexican casserole, and bourbon........lol

Gray and very greeeeen out there this morning.

We haven't gotten a whole lot of rain out of Bonnie (thank the Lord!!) but I think I know why they call 'em tropical depressions. Gads I wish this thing would just get outta here!

But on a bright note, our air conditioning system is working again. Actually, we only discovered it wasn't working a few days ago - the weather had been mild enough, we hadn't felt a need to turn it on. But this soggy tropical air gets hard to breathe, especially at night . . . . Anyway, after a bit of confabulatin', we diagnosed a faulty thermostat. Critter picked up a replacement at the hardware store, and yesterday, I installed it. Feeling a bit smug and self-satisfied; it's not rocket science or nothin' like that, but I got it right and the thing actually works!

Bunnies rule!

DD, you may have clicked on something unintentionally - my editor doesn't look any different than it did a week or a month ago.

And in case you didn't know, Sour is (mis)quoting the words of a country song titled "People are Crazy."

My Dear Diva, Are you on a phone or a desktop?
Has your screen 'look changed along with the quote functions?
You might be in Mobile mode on your computer.
All the way down at the bottom of any page is 2 button's one says 'mobile' and the other one says 'desktop' click on desktop and see what happens.
