Scott, I hope your wife feels better soon. I swear, I'd almost rather be sick myself as see someone I love under the weather.

Well, yesterday was the last day of the fair. First order of my day (after getting BB2K to school) is getting over to the airport to pick up our critters. I'm moving a little slower than usual today - BB2K and I rode the 'bigs' yesterday. The ride itself was pleasant enough, but when we got back, we were just toodling around in the yard, and I guess we surprised the cat. He took off from somewhere, which surprised BB2K's horse, who spooked, which spooked my horse, and I wound up falling off and landing on my cell phone. The phone survived, but I can tell you for a fact that ground ain't getting any softer!

Good morning. The dogs have not adjusted to standard time...of course, now they will go back to bed and I need coffee.

We had a stunning weekend, it seemed more like September than November. DH is thrilled, he got his spin feeder hung yesterday and a bunch of other outside chores. I of course, was busy baking an apple pie and finishing up a cookie order.

And it looks to be another beautiful day today!

I do miss those nice Fall days in the UP, Enjoy them for me Please!

I hate the watching and not being able to do anything to help.
ya gotta love those 'but she jumped first' spooks, Good to hear that your ground was soft enough that your phone didn't break.

Hope your wife feels better soon Scott. No fun when a family member is sick. Ouch, hope you are not too stiff and sore today Bunnylady!

I'm really enjoying our extended Indian Summer. The cottonwoods have stayed so golden this year and are hanging on to their leaves since we haven't had a frost yet.

I'd better get to work soon, so take care everyone.

Morning! I will have some ice cream in my coffee..... I believe coming off your horse is an ice cream buying offense. We have had this discussion horsey people... Bunny, you have to take BB2K out for some real ice cream or else Karma will sneak up on you!
