Good wet Sunday Morning People,

Tk, I see where you sent your rain up here to ruin my Sunday plans.
I do wish that this rain had waited for 10 more hours. Just before sundown Saturday I got the water line taped into for my water, power and, air line extension to the new set of pens.
I know that we have been a bit dry, but 10 more hours would not have hurt anything much.
Coffee is ready and I'm thinking about a nap.

Made a mess of my plans, too. We were going to another parade today, but I've decided to cancel. We aren't, like, socked in, just passing showers, but I don't trust it. I don't mind getting wet when the temp's are in the 70's, but at 48 we'd be courting hypothermia; just don't fancy several hours of that

Im going to let you into a few little secrects. A fresh asparagus spear or an okra right off the plant are awesome! Of course, so are fresh tomatoes, but those aren't veggies...( they're fruits).

But my gosh! What about SQUASH? All the lettuces? CORN???? I almost like it better than PORN! ( I really do....don't tell anyone !)

Artichoke!!!! Are you kidding me? POTATOES!!! HELLO?

Cellery, Onions, Garlic, GREEN BEANS.....DRIED FRIGGING BEANS?

Ya know...eat some dammened veggies....because you just be stupid because you aint eaten em!

Coffee is on.    Good morning, Café.  Vegetables rock.

LOL I actually do like most of those ones except asparagus, okra (never had it), and artichokes, potatoes are DELICIOUS lol. But at the time i was eating raw pepper lol

I get to eat it all along with broccoli. The Princess just doesn't know what is good for her - other than me of course.

Box Trap - those raccoons are bulking up for the winter. They will be back - very likely tonight.

Gator to the rescue. Is he up to date on his rabies vaccine ?

Yes he is up to date on everything, he went back to the vet over the summer and got all up to date. Now the cat on the other hand, I've been meaning to take her but I keeo forgetting and am embarrassed by the mats she has but she doesn't go outside anymore so not a concern

Evening! Don't even talk to me about the wind, I wouldn't be able to hear you anyway...... It is cranking up out there, probably 70mph+. Hopefully, we can chat again in the AM and I am off for a snooze. "They" put the negatives back into the forecast so maybe a stint of hibernation is in order.
