Good morning all, thanks for the coffee! I think several cups will be in order today. Off to work, then I must bake two pies tonight for our community dinner. Last night I packed 25 boxes of cookies, most are being sold. Packing those boxes is my least favorite part of the process.

Whoop, so sorry about your Roo, hopefully he'll make delicious soup to make up for his sour disposition!

Scott, I made three different flavors of Biscotti. I can't wait to have them with my coffee. And if there was a way I could really share these cookies with you all, I would. That's the only bad part of the Internet!

MissWiggles, if those cookies taste half as good as they look, I'm surprised folks aren't beating down your door for more. Certainly a feast for the eyes!

We've been experiencing 'fast as lightning' internet again today . . . . assuming that 'Lightning' is the name of a slug that lives in Siberia. Seriously, last night my son tried to run a speed test, and after about 3 minutes his device told him it couldn't complete the test. So my computer is running about as fast as my brain.

I am so done with Henry my Roo, he just attacked me again - I was putting out cold water as theirs had got so hot already and the LITTLE bugger grabbed me with his claws and pecked away. Tetanus, two weeks anti biotics and a leg like a tree stump. Great..

have followed all your tips for dealing with aggressive roos but this is the last straw. He just has it in for me. RIP Henry
Will have to see if all bantams are this aggressive.

although, toast from a thick slice of homemade bread.........big slathering of butter........hot cup of coffee, and maybe be able to make a sammich out of the toast with thick slices of bacon!!
