Is this kind of violence common? My gosh that is absolutely frightening! Happy to see you are ok. Could have been worse, I guess but still so scary.

Thanks guys - well on the positive side my cat is Feline HIV so as I love him so much we can now share -I am so angry right now I want to kill. The police just came and said my car had new plates on all ready from three steets away. Our security company suck.

My poor dogs know something is up, I swear if anyone tries to break in to night they have a very nasty surprise waiting.

I just worried about SIL she has not woken up oh well may be food will do it. I think I brought this on myself for writing such awful things about having her to stay. But I still have to pay as they took her money too. Oh dear I write too much sorry - wine on...

@whoop whoop I'm glad you're ok....relatively speaking. Is this the first time you've been hijacked? I knew things were really bad in SA 15 years ago...I guess not much has changed? I'm really sorry to hear you had to go through that.

(for clarification, I've never been to SA, but met people who had been, and also traveled to East Africa 10 years ago).

@Treerooted No unfortunately we had an armed robbery in the house as well and a car jack in the drive way, and two break ins- I am so sick of this **** - I think I shall move to Botswana at least there they hang the bad guys. I have supported this country for so long and I finally realise that with the *** of a President we have, nothing is evergoing to be done. My trouble is I love Africa,it's in my blood(sorry not being coy/clever). Oh well at least I have an excuse for bad typing now, one finger

I shall be much better tomorrow I am sorry to dump.
