No Whoop, you aren't being "stupid", I just wasn't clear.

The rules regulating getting a driver's license are getting stricter all the time...you have to prove who you are with a pile of documentation (at least it seems like). If you're missing just 1 piece of paper, you can't get your DL, at least not here. I'm getting close though...just 2 more pieces of documentation and I should get my driver's license (maybe my 3rd try will be the charm).

What I meant was it's just too hard to prove who you are and that you are a resident of the state you want a driver's license from.

There's a young male called Tee who fluctuates between amazing and seriously foolish. When he's good, he's awfully good, and when he's bad ------------------------------
EZ a 2.5 year old is progressing nicely.
Dunkin D seems to be regaining his nose.

Could be. He is quite young and is steadily improving. He could become a super star. Time will tell.
