How long before you know it the treatment worked?

It's treatment to prevent localized recurrence of the breast cancer - by zapping any stray cells that may have been left near the tumor bed after surgery. Guess if it comes back in the same spot we'll know it didn't work. (And of course, I really hope that doesn't happen!)

Doctors office called with an appointment i asked for to see a pulmonologist. October 31st! Sure, i love not breathing when i sleep. My Cpap is stuck on high, no way can i fall asleep like that. So i will be chronically tired until then. Think i will call and try to get on the cancellation list. And the ent office is supposed to call me. Right, like that will ever happen. I have only had this infection 2 years on and off. No rush, i love feeling lousy. Can you tell i hate doctors offices?

Yeah, it really stinks even more for me because i used to be the one calling for those appointments and i always tried to get people in asap. Probably not their fault, specialists are scarce in the middle of nowhere. In Canada it can take years to get in to see a specialist. People wait a year or more for joint replacement even when they have bone on bone! It could be worse here.

That's almost like we have now! The temperature dropped fast today, it started raining and then the white stuff showed up. Mostly it's on the foothills around us now that the rain has stopped.

Two months earlier than last years first snow...yikes!
