Fall apart

I also still have that weird pain and it seems to get worse with exercise or lifting stuff (like 2 suitcases, a duffle and a backpack down the stairs at once cause no one was inside to help me and we were in a hurry)... except now it's exclusively focused in one area. The area from my belly button straight up and down the middle and also further down. Probably more pelvic. Should probably go to the doctor. My joints in my fingers are also sore and/or crack and I crack my ankles and wrists and neck and shoulders. Probably not the best idea. I did some jumping jacks earlier and it hurt my shoulder temporarily. And I think my wrist problem is getting worse, I'm on my phone way too much.
At the least the bowel stuff seems better since I cut fast food and soda.
And I get migraines/weird jaw pains, might have the TMJ thing or an alignment thing, my jaw clicks really bad now
I do think I'm a bit of a hypochondriac though, probably not enough to think about, but I also really do have a lot of problems already because I eat horribly, almost all sugar, and no exercise whatsoever
I might be getting diabetes, already had pre in January but didn't adjust, might explain the weird numb when lying down thing. That or the athletes foot
ANYWAY.
I do need to get my act together and/or see some doctors or else I'm going to be completely crippled by the time I'm 30 or younger....
I'm too young for all these 20 million problems lol
