I love sidenote. Nice cherry undertone.

My first time that I try it.
I have found that the I prefer the Arabica more on the light roast spectrum (2-3), and the Robusta more dark roast spectrum ( 6)
And I mix 80% Arabica with 20% Robusta.
Do you roast yourself to?
