I've been thinking about a couple more baking sheets. I only have 2 and that's not always enough. I should check to see what else they have for sale.

That is fine!
I drove to Santa Clara yesterday and then after going to Cristmas in the park in Jan Jose with Us and my oldest DDs family, then dinner--- Drove back to Woodland. I did not get to bed until going onto midnight, which is very late after a long day. Driving was 3.5 hours!

Yay! Someone else who knows what Boxing day is! Happy Boxing day everyone.

We're in a world of hurt here. -31c. Our firewood is burning but not giving off much heat. Coffee is getting cold as soon as we pour it. Even the cat's drinking water was icing over. It's supposed to stay this cold for a week. Don't know what we're going to do. Can't go to our house in the city because of the pigs and chickens.

That bakeware looks great NFC. Very reasonably priced too. I may have to look into some...

Oh man, that's some serious cold.

Do check out the bakeware. The first time I ever saw it was way back pre-Internet days (at least for me) at a Home & Garden show. I bought one cookie sheet for $30 and never regretted it, it was amazing how much better these work than my old cheapie things. The prices and availability are much more reasonable now.
