What's a flat white Sour? I'm not familiar with that term. Is it one of those New Jersey things?

I stumbled on 'flat whites' in Australia. I think it is their version of a latte.

As I sip my Iced Coffee which is the beverage of choice when it is 79F at 08:00AM, I can attest that flat white and latte are very similar and depending on the barista, sometimes the same.

We did used to refer to them as 'flat white' but Latte is creeping in to our vocabulary, probably because it sounds fancier and much more interesting that something referred to as flat
