Are you stuck there for the whole summer?

Since I am Staff, I am a 12 month employee. I use vacation hours that I build up over time for time off.

I will take a week off in August

I just bought a muse gold finger banana tree from Florida Hill Nursery. It should be here In a couple of weeks. Dh asked me last year when i was going to get one. Its suppose to be cold hardy.

How long does it take for it to produce bananas? Beware of banana spiders. Now I have the "Banana Boat "song stuck in my mind.

Morning all the newer neighbor got our carburetor rebuilt by a friend put it on
without the new starter solenoid BF bought or the breather had to choke it with a bag to stop it.... but had me running it around hard time getting it's blade
lever would not clip all the way had to keep our foot on it hard on my old knees but
got the whole back yard done

Went to see what I could figure on Wallys apt. Today,
He has already moved in and invited his lady over I will work on it when they go to the pool later. Lol

I don't think we have those here Diva. I think those are in the coastal areas.
I think they said about 3 years to produce. And it will be nice to see what a fresh off the tree banana tastes like.
