Our oldest Daughter stopped by today also she is the one expecting their son in sept. Her dr office offers recording devices with your babies heartbeat on them cool I thought but the best is yet to come ... Her and DSIL went to build a bear and put the device in this guy for us.

Oh ok. Well i still love the little bugger! So cute and friendly.

Yep, I really like the adult feather color. Could send you some more they have really kicked in on laying now! Only thing is it's too hot to send eggs or birds, right now. Here's a pic of adult Mexican Speckeled quail.

Beautiful! My birds are laying well, the SSC just started laying today! I need to make bigger cages. I built them a nest box and a dusting platform today.

Had 3 new chicks hatch today! My 1st ever Peach Goldens. Hope they survive, haven't had any luck with hatching them in the last 6 years. Had 8 shipped, 3 hatch. Peach goldens are known for poor fertility. I think it's because they are too inbred? Anyway, here's some pics! 1male, 2females.

Thank you. They have had a hard time getting here but we think this one is going to be able to make it home healthy and loved! Amen.
