These grow well in zone 9. I have a pineapple guava coming in a few days. I will winter them over in the house this year. Come spring we will plant them in the orchard.

We are a southern climate for temperatures. We do not have as much humidity in the summer though

The turkey coop is coming along. Did some painting and cutting plywood today. Had to wait for it to cool down. Not wanting to work outside in 95.7 degrees with this humidity.
This is the knee wall, the turkeys can roost on it if they want. This side of the coop will be mostly open.
