They should take pet crimes more seriously it's always barely any charges or like a fee and zero jail time

That's good! I think they have probably gotten tougher in recent years. I remember on all the animal cop shows back in like the early 2000s it seemed like they could never do anything but it does seem like more are being caught now

that is true but many of us fought for years to toughen the laws make the punishments worth the crime lot's of time in court cases
