Morning spent yesterday sick hoping more active today maybe a bit of protein will help
have roast best out for dinner hate praying to Ralph put bamboo shoots under my nails

seems to be alright taking it a bit slow but did cat boxes had one cup of coffee and a banana to test stayed down now vacuumed house, did do both active coops,have a roast beast out about to open a gatorade figure lost all of my fluids yesterday
