BYC Café

Coffee is brewed, and I needed some. Good afternoon, Café. Up early and to a field trial with a friend. I am no longer angry with Rosie. She had an excellent first series run, came back and defeated my friend's b*tch in second series to win. As poor as she looked on Friday - that's how good she looked today.
:clap Congratulations Rosie, and of course you too, sour! :woot

Good morning, thanks for the coffee and ice cream (think I'll mix the 2 and have coffee ice cream :D).

Hope you have a better day today Penny.

Much more back to me Thank You, good food pretty good sleep

Thanks, Sean, and good morning, Café.

My puppy b*tch went Best of Breed over 7 specials and 104 entries at CockerSpecialty 5 pts. after she finished - had first litter of 4- 2 champions from that and eventually had 8 chs. total sired by my stud (he sired 20 chs.) This was many years ago but, what a thrill.

Nothing quite as thrilling as winning with a homebred. Yesterday was special because friend had given up on Rosie, was looking to rehome her, and then she whupped his dog. :lau

It was next to last tournament weekend. Boys were beaten on Fri. 5/1 - their pitcher was a phenom, but apparently their only pitcher as they eventually left tournament early. 16/0 win Sat. night, 12/3 win Sun., and then I get the phone call, "Put warm clothes on and get over here. They are in the semi finals." Won that game 4/1 GS pitched a good game. Finals was called a draw - never played as it was COLD and other team was also a Diamond Nation team. Too cold for baseball. Shivering emoji.

Morning Cafe :caf Sean, thanks for the coffee!

Sour, sounds like your g-son's team did well :thumbsup

I froze my butt off at the Fri. game, missed the Sat. game as Sun was to be an early morning. Missed early Sun. game as I was at the field trial. Was here on BYC preparing a story for WVduckchick's pigeon thread when the phone rang. "Put on warm clothes and meet me at Field 3. They are in the semi finals." Crap, it was cold out there, but when summoned I respond. It was a fun but cold game. Grandson pitched well and all was good, but I was glad the final was cancelled and there were co champions.
