Not bad, but i am going to soak in the tub for a bit.

Pretty much the same, get's a little better every day but the muscles are still sore. The slightest move sometimes sends shockwaves through me!

Morning all been up since 9 thanks for the coffee I had made two chocolate chip chocolate cakes only ate one one was in the freezer brought it out thawed then frosted in mild chocolate frosting
