Either way, it's a pain with all the clocks you have to change. You never realize how many of those you have until you have to manually change them all!

Indiana used to not participate until the right (or wrong) governor came along. It's a hassle either direction.
It's really not needed either. People are connected 24/7 these days regardless of the amount of daylight.
