Funny, I just got back from the bank. The teller and I were excitedly talking about the temp getting up to 40* today

I don't like peanut butter, so sugar cookies or oatmeal are my go to favorites.

Those look awesome!! Never seen the peanut butter cup idea. Seen Herseys kisses which are also awesome but this seems much more up my alley

I like:

Mocha Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 ½ C Flour
1 C Brown Sugar
1tsp. salt
½ C white sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 C Mocha Cappuccino Mix
2 eggs
2 Cubes Butter
1 C Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda and cappuccino mix.

In a separate medium bowl, beat together the butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg and beat until smooth.

Mix dry ingredients into the batter. Stir in Chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonful’s onto and ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest a few minutes. Using a spatula, transfer cookies from baking sheet to a cooling rack to cool completely.

Makes 48 cookies.
