G'morning cafe

I've been up for half an hour and I'm WIDE AWAKE. There's coffee/hot water and sausage biscuits if you'd care to partake.

I can hear igor in the bed telling the dogs to settle down and grumbling guess I better get them outside before they get in trouble.

Thanks for the coffee IM, I've had 2 cups though so made a fresh pot. And yummmm, sausage biscuits...nice breakfast thank you very much!

IM, I'll have to check out your featured thread. When I sign on, I go direct to my watched threads and don't usually pass Home or collect $200.

We've been up in Casper since Friday, working on the house we're fixing up to sell. Friday I helped DH demolish the kitchen and after several hours of that, I found out tearing out drywall is not my forte. Messy, dirty, very heavy stuff! DH managed the rest of the kitchen drywall by himself. And I spent most of the rest of the time there tearing up old trim work...that's more my speed

I see DD has a new avatar, very nice!

Hey @Shadrach apparently DH was in Barcelona without my knowledge! He tried to use his bank card yesterday and it was declined due to purchases made in Barcelona. Stupid thiefs! It's straightened out now and a new bank card on the way.

Back to catching up...I'll probably be back later for more of that delicious coffee

Morning All! Glad tearing things up went well, NFC! Thanks for the coffee. There is a "pinkish hue" to the sky and atmosphere this AM... Guess we will see what tomorrow brings and my guess is some wind...

We have a pinkish morning here too Margie. I KNOW we'll be having wind (we always do) and snow is predicted for Friday and Sunday.

There's more dry wall to tear up on the Casper house but DH is going to go back Wednesday to take care of that. This house has popcorn ceilings in the living room, the main hallway and the kitchen...and not the usual small little bumpy stuff. It's big chunks of popcorn that someone used an oil based paint to cover it up. Thick, nasty stuff
