Morning IM If your a polar bear! this afternoon it might be barefoot weather, if it gets to 77°F like it's suppose too!

Yesterday there was a 43°F differintal in temp. 1st winter clothes, then spring clothes, then back to winter.

Sad part about hot chocolate is that the first ingredient is sugar. I try to avoid stuff like that.

And that's a good idea. With all the cookies we made (that's an excuse) I've fallen off the low carb band wagon, and my body is paying the price with pain. After the holidays I'll behave once again.

I ran to the store and got some more chocolate...anyone want a cup? Got a bit carried away with the marshmallows, scrape them off and pass them over to me if you'd like.
