Lost cable for a half an hour - thought it would be gone for quite a while, but once again we have internet/phone/TV. Shingles are blowing off the rood of my loft and tree branches are still coming down, but no other damage so far.

Stay safe!

We are going under a storm alert with possible local flooding for today at 3pm until Thursday.

Usually the biggest impact for me is making sure to stay on the main roads on my drive to and from work.

I was told to stay off of the roof yesterday. I will go up after the storm system-- I need to re seal flashing around a vent up there

I feel much better about the upcoming storm since I fixed the furnace last Friday! It was very cold in the house even though we live in California
